This site is run by Electronic Audio Experiments (Hypertriangle, Inc., 167 Prospect St Unit 4, Waltham MA 02453). This page explains what personal information we collect and how it is used.

What we collect:

  • Orders: your name, email, phone, and shipping and billing address.

  • Payment information: payments are handled by Stripe and Paypal. We never see or store your full card number.

  • Support and repairs: any information you send us by email or through the repair form, plus your pedal’s serial number for warranty records.

  • Newsletter: your email address, only if you sign up. You can unsubscribe using a footer link in any newsletter email.

  • Browsing: basic cookies and analytics through Squarespace.

How we use your information
We use it to fulfill and ship orders, provide warranty and repair service, answer your questions, and send the newsletter if you asked for it. Nothing else.

Who we share it with
We share it only with the services that make the above work: Squarespace (store), Stripe/Paypal (payments), USPS and UPS (shipping, including customs declarations), Mailchimp (email newsletter) and our internal business software. We never sell or rent your information.

How long we keep it
We keep order and warranty records for as long as we need them for warranty support, taxes, and accounting. You can ask us to delete anything we’re not legally required to keep.

Inquiries
Email us to see, correct, or delete your information. If you’re in the EU or UK, you have additional rights under GDPR, and you can report to your local data protection authority.

Changes
If we update this policy, we will update this page accordingly.
